A 4g dose of Kiwi Berry No.2 delivers 3.5g of Psyllium Husk Powder.

Mix with water or add to a smoothie,

Ingredients: Psyllium Husk, Malic Acid, Natural Flavours, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Natural Sweeteners (Stevia, Thaumatin)

Psyllium Husk  (3.7g per 4g serving)

Other Ingredients
Malic Acid, Natural Flavour, Salt, Potassium Citrate, Natural Sweeteners (Stevia, Thaumatin)

Dissolve it in water, sprinkle on your cereal or blend it in your smoothie.

One dose = one teaspoon (4g)

  • Adults 12 years+ 1 to 3 doses daily
  • Children 6 to 12 years ½ dose (half a teaspoon)
  • For children under 6 consult a doctor

Delicious

I have never used a psyllium supplement until I started using No 2. I love the lemon flavour - it has just enough lemony tang to be interesting! I am often cautious with things with textures and I was initially concerned how this would be. However it mixes together easily, and is easy to drink without any concerning texture! It does its job brilliantly too. I highly recommend this to anyone who is needing or wanting to add more fibre to their diet.

I have been looking for something like this for ages. I have had gut issues my whole life. I sent them a message and Johnny one of the owners gave me a call to have a talk about the product. I have been only using the product for five days. and all I can say is well.
