Shipping Policy
Delivery details & rural shipping
We aim to get your order out the door quickly. All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after your order confirmation email. You’ll receive a shipping notification with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
We currently deliver to New Zealand street addresses only.
If your delivery address is rural, please make sure to select the ‘Rural Shipping’ option at checkout. A flat fee of $7 applies to all rural deliveries - even if you’re ordering 2 or more items.
We’re working on automating this in future, but for now, we rely on your help to get it right. If you’re unsure whether your address is considered rural, you can look it up in the NZ Postcode Finder.
This small fee helps us cover the higher courier costs so we can keep getting No.2 to everyone, everywhere.
Tracking your order
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, get in touch at hello@no2.co.nz with your name and order number - we’ll sort it out.
Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to love No.2. If your product arrives damaged or incorrect (e.g. the wrong flavour), we’ll make it right. Just let us know within 7 days of delivery - we’ll cover return shipping and offer a replacement or refund.
To start a return, email us at hello@no2.co.nz with your order number and a photo of the product’s condition. We handle these on a case-by-case basis but will always try to find the best solution for you.
Please note - We do not accept returns for change of mind. Refunds or replacements are only available for damaged or incorrect items.
