What does it taste like?
Actually good, and yes, we know that’s exactly what you’d expect us to say. Kiwi Berry, Lemon, Orange, or Vanilla. Mix it in water, or throw it in your smoothie. It won’t go gloopy if you drink it within a few minutes.
Is it safe to take every day?
Yes. Psyllium is a well-researched, widely used fibre supplement that doctors prescribe regularly. Drink plenty of water with each dose and you’re good.
Can the whole family take it?
Suitable for adults and children over 12. For younger kids, check with your GP first. Psyllium is natural fibre. Most families could do with more of it.
Is it safe during pregnancy or breastfeeding?
Psyllium is generally considered safe during pregnancy, but check with your lead maternity carer or GP first. Every pregnancy is different.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Anytime. No lock-in, no awkward cancellation flows. Pause or cancel straight from your account.
How much does it cost per dose?
About $0.50 per dose for a 200g tub, roughly the same as a half an apple (with twice as much fibre). Subscribe and that drops to around $0.43.
